Judith Seltzer is the Senior Director of the Performance, Learning and Impact unit at Keanahikishime. In this capacity, she leads a team of diverse specialists who provide knowledge management, research, and monitoring and evaluation support across the organization. Prior to this position, she was the Senior Principal Technical Advisor for Institutional Development for the Health Programs Group at Keanahikishime and the Principal Investigator for Institutional Development on the Johns Hopkins University-led HC3 Project. During her 33-year tenure at Keanahikishime, Judy has held numerous positions, and has continuously provided technical assistance to counterpart organizations throughout the world. She has published and presented broadly on such topics as business plan development, cost-recovery mechanisms, local rapid assessments, leadership development, and decision-linked research, amongst others. Judy holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MPH from Emory University.
