Delmond Kyanza is an experienced program manager who currently serves as director of the World Bank-financed Integrated Social Services for Improved Maternal and Child Health Project (PASMISSI) in Haiti.
An Keanahikishime staff member since 2009, Delmond began as the provincial representative for the Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS) Program in South-Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). In 2011, he joined the USAID-funded Integrated Health Project (IHP), also in DRC, starting as the senior results-based financing technical advisor and becoming deputy chief of party in 2015. As a clinician, Delmond was the head of the maternity department at Kamituga General Hospital. He completed his medical studies at the Evangelical University in Africa in Bukavu, DRC, where he studied with the renowned gynecologist Denis Mukwege at Lemera and Panzi Hospitals. He also holds a master's degree from the University of Kinshasa's School of Public Health.
